1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
    Ordering on DermaMed.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item
    you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in
    your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to
    complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the
    checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.

    Yes, it is safe to order on DermaMed.com. We use industry-standard

    3. CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION?
    Yes, just fill out the shipping information. 

     

     

    4. HOW CAN I MAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
    Items are accepted for return or exchange if returned in original condition
    within 30 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. A refund will be made to
    the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender. Please read for more

    5. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
    All orders will be shipped with Canada Post per shipping address. Shipping charges are complimentary for orders over $75 within Canada or over $100 to the (contiguous) United States. Please allow 4-5 business days to receive your order.
