Returns and exchanges policy

At DermaMed, every product is crafted with care and passion to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Service team.

All SALES items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Exchanges are not eligible for promotions, and merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged more than 60 days after its purchase date.

A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns, refunds, and/or exchanges. If a copy of the original invoice is not available, the invoice number must be quoted.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the purchase date. This policy is only valid for orders made through dermamed.com. Items purchased from other retailers cannot be returned or exchanged on our website.

We’ll process the return upon receipt and automatically refund your order (shipping cost excluded).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for your shipping cost, and we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your shipment includes damaged or defective item(s) due to our error, please send a photo of the damaged item(s) along with your order number to orders@dermamed.com and we will promptly address the issue.
