Once parcels have been picked-up by Canada Post, we are not responsible for tracking the orders and is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen.
Tracking - If you do not receive the tracking number of your order or your tracking number does not work after 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, you may contact our Customer Service. Please indicate your Name, Phone Number and Order Number. Track your order online at:

Backorders - If there is an item on your order which is currently not in stock, we will let you know so that you can decide whether you would like the order shipped complete or if you would like us to ship the bulk of the order right away and the backordered item later. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
